Pre-Orders
NOTICE - PLEASE READ:
Pre-ordered products will only be dispatched to you once your order has arrived to us in full from our suppliers. If a product in your order becomes unavailable from our supplier we will inform you as soon as possible and process the necessary refund.
Pre-Order Delivery Times: You may expect delivery of your order to you within 7-21 working days.
The below brands have a different turnaround time,
7-25 working days for Kylie Cosmetics, Urban Decay
Any order containing a mix of in-stock products and pre-ordered products will be subject to the same delivery period as stated in Pre-Order Delivery Times.
To avoid confusion it is recommended that you try to keep in-stock and pre-order items in completely separate orders.
